Through a career as a management consulting partner in the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia, researcher and writer of two books on the future of work and workforce ecosystems, and a professor at CornellTech and Columbia Business School, Jeff has been at the forefront of the future of work over the past decade.

Jeff is an advisor on the future of work to Deloitte Consulting where he is a retired senior partner. He is a recognized global advisor and thought leader and the author of WORK DISRUPTED and co-author of WORKFORCE ECOSYSTEMS.

Jeff is the Vice President of Insights and Impact at Gloat, the world's pioneer in enterprise talent marketplaces and workforce intelligence solutions driven by AI. He is an adjunct professor at the Columbia Graduate School of Business.

 

He has been a consulting partner for 25 years and he has extensive experience in workforce and workplace transformation, work redesign, and human capital issues in global and growth markets. He has lived in and led practices in the US, India, Russia, Belgium, Israel and Kenya.

 

Jeff Schwartz was a senior principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP for 20 years, most recently as the U.S. Leader for the future of work, the co-founder of the firm’s innovation tech terminal in Israel (Catalyst) and as a senior partner in the firm’s Global Human Capital executive since 2003.  From 2011 to 2021 Jeff was the global editor of Deloitte’s Human Capital trends research and reports.
