A frequent speaker and writer on issues at the nexus of people issues, global business challenges and the future of work, he has written for the Wall Street Journal, the Deloitte Review, the MIT Sloan Management Review, the Rotman Management Review (at the University of Toronto), and Wired Magazine.  Jeff was the global editor of Deloitte’ Global Human Capital Trends Report,  one of the world’s leading annual reports on the future of the workforce, organizations and HR, which he founded in 2011.
